The answer is, like Ephraim, they are both blood and adopted by Isreal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7139169.post-1164257704104221302006-11-22T22:55:00.000-06:002006-11-22T22:55:00.000-06:00Broz -Where's it say Ephraim was adopted? I suppose you could say adopted by Jacob (as you did) but he would be Joseph's son and Jacob's grandson, so what's the difference in genetic terms?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7139169.post-1164168259880755112006-11-21T22:04:00.000-06:002006-11-21T22:04:00.000-06:00OK, I can't resist any longer."Fullness of the gen...OK, I can't resist any longer.

"Fullness of the gentiles" obviously refers to our day, given the current obesity epidemic. I always thought “fullness” had something to do with time (as in the verse from Romans you quote) not number while “multitude” has to do with number not time.

If the geneticists who say we all have a bit of Abraham in us are right then are there any living persons who are not “true blood”?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7139169.post-1163966749212401382006-11-19T14:05:00.000-06:002006-11-19T14:05:00.000-06:00I wonder about the fact that Ephraim was adopted b...I wonder about the fact that Ephraim was adopted by Jacob and not actually a son. Geneticists say we all have a bit of Abraham in us, but are Gentiles adopted in or true blood. The Bible says God will "sprinkle many nations" with the Blood of Abraham. Then, I guess its both.

Any thoughts on:(3 Ne. 16: 10)(3Ne 20: 15-16)(Micah 5: 8)(3 Ne. 21: 12)(Ether 12: 35)(Morm. 5: 24)(D&C 87: 5)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
